Who we are

What we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: name, email or phone (whichever you choose), company (optional), the services you're interested in and your message. Like any website, the server also logs technical access data (such as your IP address) for security and operation.
Why
To reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. We don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we don't sell it.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps at your request (replying to a quote request) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
How long
We keep messages for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless they lead to a project — in that case, for as long as the law requires.
Who has access
The HA Studio team and the providers that host the site and deliver the messages, who only process the data on our behalf and under our instructions. To protect the form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile verification may be used, which checks technical browser data without advertising cookies.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only exception is the internal management area, which uses a technical session cookie for the team only.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to geral@hastudio.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
